/disc/ ~ TOR safety

Please give me a hand and help me understand if I am safe or not. I have installed TOR im my Samsung Galaxy tablet, but some times I receive some warnings telling that my Internet provider and the police are tracking me. My question is, if I am already 'protected', how are they following my activity?
Is it that they simply place the 'message' into the given page where I am in that moment, and addressed to whoever is visiting it. Because they do not mention my IP address and sometimes they refer to a different IP.

1) Don’t use your tablet. 2) They’re virus sites.

Using android phone/tablet is the easiest way to get caught by LEA. Google constantly monitors your app use in android and if use Google Chrome to browse sites like this, Google already knows. They make money selling information. Information gathering is their best strength.

Since your ISP and the cops are already tracking you, you ought to wipe your tablet multiple times, and then sell or destroy it.

If its possible, consider changing your internet service. Wait for the heat to lower down a bit.

Consider getting a cheap laptop for your personal uses. And make sure to have Tor configured with javascript off. You might also have to look into a good VPN if you cannot change your ISP.

Tails is good but since he already burned his IP by connecting through Tor too much, he might have to wait.
